How long does framing take for a home addition?
A typical single room addition is often framed in one to two weeks, depending on size, roof design and inspection timing. We give you a schedule with your estimate once we review the plans.
Do you need stamped plans before you start?
Yes. Framing for permitted work is built from approved plans. If you do not have plans yet, we can point you toward designers and engineers we work with.
Do you supply the lumber?
We can quote labor only or labor and materials. Many clients prefer that we handle the lumber order so the right sizes and grades arrive on schedule.
